THINGS TO DO NEAR AGAPE 1928
San Clemente is a small beach town, which basically means everything is close, cute, and slightly too perfect to ignore. If you’re staying for the wedding, we highly recommend turning it into a little coastal weekend with us.
BEACH + SUNSET MOMENTS
If you do nothing else, do this part.
San Clemente Pier – easy sunset walk, ocean views, and the kind of place where everyone suddenly becomes sentimental
Calafia State Beach – quieter, less chaos, very “golden hour photo you’ll actually frame” energy
T-Street Beach – local surf spot + classic SoCal beach vibes
Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens – cliffside views and Spanish-style charm that feels a little too on theme for this weekend
MORNING COFFEE + WANDERING AROUND
For recovering, regrouping, or just pretending you’re in a movie.
Bear Coast Coffee – beachy, casual, and perfect for slow mornings
Sur Coffee – slightly artsy, very good coffee, very “we’re staying a while” vibe
Del Mar Street (Downtown San Clemente) – shops, cafés, and an easy stroll situation
FOOD + DRINKS (AKA IMPORTANT STUFF)
You will not go hungry here—we would not allow it.
Nick’s San Clemente – great for dinner, groups, and celebratory meals that turn into “just one more drink”
South of Nick’s – fun, lively Mexican food spot (strong group energy)
Carmelita's - another fun, lively Mexican food spot (we like Mexican)
ONE LAST THING
San Clemente is small, so you’re never far from coffee, the ocean, or another excuse to slow down for a minute. We hope you take the time to explore, relax, and make it feel like a little coastal escape with us.
